Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Vincent Leung has been practicing dentistry in the Bay Area and in Hong Kong for over 30 years. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley in 1986. He went on to obtain his DDS degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in 1989. He is interested in all areas of dentistry, particularly cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy and oral surgery. He is also interested in the newest innovations in dentistry. He continues to attend different dental meetings to learn the best and the latest in dental technology. He strives to deliver the best dental care to his patients.

Dr. Leung speaks English as well as Cantonese and he understands Mandarin. He resides in Foster City with his wife, Suen, and also calls the Bay Area his home. In his free time, he and his wife enjoy traveling and fine dining.

Dr. Norman Chang graduated from the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry in 1991. He has been a dentist for over 30 years, and routinely attends courses in various fields of dentistry to maintain the highest standard of care for patients.

Dr. Chang’s training encompasses a variety of areas in dentistry, including restorative treatment, root canal therapy, Invisalign® clear aligners and cosmetic dentistry.

He has a friendly and conservative approach to dentistry and will take the time to listen to his patients to understand their needs, ultimately striving to deliver the best possible care.
